Okay, I’m going to vote later this morning!

Breakfast: red delicious apple, 1/2 cup oatmeal with a light fatfree yogurt

Mid-morning snack: banana with a spoonful of peanut butter

Lunch: 2 pieces of whole wheat bread with about a tablespoon of fine garlic herb cheese and a sliced garlic feta link, a leaf of romaine, and 3 sliced grape tomatoes

Dinner: tba

I really want to stay strong today.

I want free coffee too–starbucks is 2 minutes walking distance from where i work! 🙂
